BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATION OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. Section 12-15-133, Code of Alabama 1975, is amended to read as follows:

§12-15-133.

"(a) A county children's policy council is hereby created in each county of the state. Said council shall consists of the following members:

The Juvenile Court Judge
County Director of the Department of Human Resources
County Representative of the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation
County Representative of the Department of Youth Services
County Representative of the Department of Rehabilitation Services
The Medicaid Agency
The Department of Public Safety
The Alchoholic Beverage Control Board
County and/or City Superintendents of Education
1. Andalusia City Schools
2. Covington County Schools
3. Opp City Schools
County Chief Juvenile Probation Officer
Representative of the County Health Department
The District Attorney
Local Legislators or their Designees
The Chairperson of the County Commission
The Sheriff

Seven persons to be appointed by the council from the community including, but not limited to, state and local government officials, practicing attorneys, community organizations, business and Industry, and representatives of any other agencies or organizations providing services to families and children in the county.
